Low Force Shaker system

Designed for vibration and shock testing of small payloads weighing up to 500 kg, the compact but powerful JOEO air-cooled low force vibration test systems offers a wide band, maximum acceleration and relatively high force, making it a versatile and cost-effective solution for a wide range of test needs. Including product qualification, mechanical diagnosis and instrument calibration. Suitable for vibration and shock testing using sinusoidal and random excitations, it can produce sinusoidal random forces of 1-30 kN, operating in the frequency range of 2500 to 3900 Hz. Thanks to the built-in pneumatic load support system, the shaker is able to withstand payloads of up to 500 kg with full relative displacement.

• In order to improve the acceleration and speed performance, the armature of the low force vibration test systems is made of light and strong magnesium alloy frame. It also has a unique suspension mechanism that provides axial stiffness and improves lateral and rotational constraints
