Installation

Our vibration test systems are installed and tested to the highest standards in the industry. During the installation process, we will work with the end user from start to finish. From our project management team, to our sales staff, to field service installation visits, we make sure we provide our customers with the knowledge and resources they need to ensure the installation process runs smoothly.

Factory Training

JOEO offers guided training courses for domestic and international customers throughout the year, and customers who purchase complete systems benefit from individual instruction and training for their complete systems. This instruction includes training on power amplifiers, electric vibrators, slide table assemblies, APEX SL control systems and supporting instruments.

Maintain

Calibration

We provide our customers with factory calibration services for all instrument hardware. Regular calibration is very helpful in maintaining the high accuracy of the instrument and minimizing test downtime. You can contact us or your local distributor for this service.

Cleanliness

We regularly clean the equipment and all surrounding areas, keeping the vibrator clean at all times, as debris can damage the top seal and, if sucked into the vibrator, cause electrical short circuits which can damage the vibrator.
